Zara Canada is seeking a professional, dynamic, organized, independent individual, who is able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. The major tasks of this position could be summarized as follows: •Answering phones and receiving visitors •Customer Service: filter, manage and / or direct customer calls •Distribute mail, faxes and other documents on time •Translate memos for stores •Prepare monthly and biweekly orders (office) •Prepare shipments by Fedex •Ranking invoices, memos and other documents •Researching and verifying invoices •Negotiate prices with some providers •Arrange travel itineraries (booking airline tickets, hotels, theaters) •Other administrative tasks related to accounting department - Diploma or certificate specializing Administration is an asset
