Who can access my personal details?

Your personal details can only be consulted by the human resources team from the chain and country you've identified in your preferences. The files held on our computers meet the legal requirements established in each country for the protection of personal data.

For how long will my CV be active?

Your application will always be available as long as you don't cancel your account. If you don't want it to be active, you can cancel your account from your private Area.

I've forgotten my password. How can I recover it?

In order to guarantee the privacy of your information, it is impossible to obtain the real password you entered, and we can't remind you of it. We have a form to request that we send you an e-mail with a new password that is generated automatically by the system, which you can use to enter and then type in another that's easy for you to remember.

Do I need to fill in the form, or I can I enclose my CV? Is there an e-mail address where I can send it?

In order for us to carry out the recrutiment process with the help of the database on Joinfashion, we need all of the candidates to enter their details with the same criteria. This means that the system doesn't allow you to enclose any files, and you need to fill in the form in order to take part in recruitment processes for Inditex.

How do I know if my details have been entered correctly?

Once you've filled in the form, your full CV will appear on the screen so you can see all of the information it contains. From that moment your information will be available on Joinfashion and you can consult it at any time by identifying yourself in the system.

If I reject a job offer, what will happen to my CV?

You will always decide if you're interested in the project we offer you. As long as your details are available on Joinfashion, we can call you at any time.

I've applied for a job offer. How long do I have to wait until I know if Inditex is really interested in my application?

Inditex can contact you at any time while the offer is active in Joinfashion. When the process is complete, because we've found the right candidates for the post, the offer will be deactivated and will no longer appear in Joinfashion.

What are the recruitment criteria for working in Inditex?

In each of the offers we publish in Joinfashion, you'll be able to see the requirements we're looking for in the recruitment process. Generally, we're looking for skills that form part of our culture and philosophy as a group: orientation towards the customer, dynamism and initiative.
