- Store manager will manage the store on a day to day basis whilst balancing strategic goals of the company, running all aspects of the store operations in line with company objectives.
The main areas of responsibilities:
• Stock Management, to ensure that order and replenishment are done timely and effectively, the store is merchandised according to the best sellers and current trends and the that the stockroom is organized efficiently
• Sales management, to use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools provided and to manage the budget of hours in the store effectively.
• People management: To act as role model for the team, developing them and making sure that the Hr procedures are in place.
