Details of the offer, requirements, job functions - Obchody - Španělsko - Oysho - Barcelona - Regional Manager - Reporting to the International Store Manager, the Franchise Manager will supervise Oysho Franchises located in 16 countries (e.g. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon, Egypt, Dominican Republic,Guatemala) and the start-up countries (e.g. Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia) and will always support the franchisee in the following responsibilities: - Implement operations and visual merchandising according to OYSHO´s brand guidelines - Follow sales up with franchisee and start-up countries in order to maximise store profitability - Support the franchisee and strat-up countries in stock management in order to optimize the business - Support the franchisee and start-up countries in personnel recruitment, training and management in order to ensure OYSHO´s brand identity -
